Courtney gives Tom Grant permission to release any of the credit card records to the Seattle police department.

March 18th Incident Report (2 Pages)
On March 18th 1994, Courtney called the police and told them Kurt had locked himself in a room with a gun and was going to kill himself. Kurt told the police he was not suicidal and locked himself in the room to keep away from Courtney. The SPD confiscate his guns for safety and leave.
